Volunteer Application Form 

Thank you for considering to volunteer with us. This application form will help us to understand more about you to allow us to match you with the most suitable positions.

Please take some time to answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible and we will arrange an interview with you to discuss potential volunteer opportunities.

Please note that volunteers must meet following requirements: 

  • 18 years or above Up-to-date Tetanus vaccination 
  • Show commitment and reliability in attendance of volunteer sessions and completion of tasks 
  • Commit to minimum number of hours per month as specified for role
  • Cover own costs for food, travel or otherwise relevant necessities 
  • Understand and accept responsibility for the safety and care of any animals that volunteers come into contact with during their volunteer sessions, whether contact is hands-on (e.g. dog walking) or hands-off (e.g. preparing enrichment) 
  • Understand and accept that TAILS is not liable for any damage, injury or otherwise that volunteers may incur during their volunteer sessions
