If we all look out over our membership, we see diversity in action.  Our members are just as diverse in personality, wants, and needs as they are in professions, outlook, and families.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach to how we work with our membership.  This homework assignment will review your responsibilities as President Elect and President; as well as, provide tips and tools for reflection on membership development for your specific club.  Please get your assignment turned in before the end of October.  Remember, your responses will assist the District in their support of your club.
